Should work better locally. Looking to start a local one for my city. Not sure how the online stores are doing, shipping, etc seems like a pain. Facebook Marketplace needs to be retired.

Curious how it would work considering there's only so many on here from your city. I had some really great finds and experiences with fb marketplace a couple+ years ago when I was in the space of purchasing and selling home related things to set up my home and then put it all in storage.
I am asking because I am curious about all the ways I can move into the world of being in the front lines of growing #freedomtech that can also support my 3D reality to financially sponsor shelter, noutrition, and other existential and comfort providing things to be here... As I am yet again reset to ground zero in the enslavement fiat world system when it comes to contributions and value exchange. So I can go this way or that... I'd rather go all in of finding how my life force energy is devoted to what's in resonance with my belief and value system. If that makes any sense.
I think it would have to be a city wide marketing campaign. Stickers/flyers. I guess it could just be word of mouth, but that could take more time.
The great thing about a local economy is that new users can just use cash, or they can also use Bitcoin, which is actually easier system than digital bank payment systems (interac, etc where you have to have contact details). People don't have to use Bitcoin, but people could. Scan the QR and done.
Another option is people can choose Bitcoin only, so if their product is highly wanted they can onboard people.
Everyone I know is frustrated by the Facebook model because they have no rating system. It needs the ability to review the sellers and the buyers. I know the biggest pain point for a seller is buyers actually showing up to buy the product. If a rating is given, people are more likely to follow through because they'll be down voted if they don't follow through on their word.
