Seen an old friend from school today that I haven't seen in years.

He has/had learning difficulties.

He was one of the few people in my school that was into grunge and metal music.

We'd have a conversation at lunch about music, and the next day he would have a cd burned for me with.

He always got mocked for his learning difficulties, but moreso simply for having long hair.

He's balding now, completely taken to the drink, has barely any teeth.

I asked him about music and what he's listening to now, but he didn't seem to care.

Sad.
