Sitting on the beach watching the waves is a top 3 favorite activity that I don’t do nearly enough.

True, sometimes by getting lost in an activity we enjoy, we feel as if doing “nothing,” the good-kind-of-nothing.

Need more of that in our lives too.

and is it really doing “less” or giving ourselves a chance to replenish and that ends up being “more” in the long run?
