I need to try a fast.

12 or 18 hours is a good start.

Don't be like me and go as long as you possibly can once and then get disappointed when you can't do it again.

92 hours I went, Jan 2024, right before my knee surgery. Then I didn't really fast during the recovery. I guess I was just more motivated then because I was trying to prep my body for reinjury via surgeon.
