Like an essay on Battersea power station ? πŸ€“

Okay, am on it 😁

Oohh I thought you went clubbing or smth πŸ˜†

Nah, not really how I’d choose to have fun πŸ«‚ I went to my first one with Mallory, Eric and island though when they came to London πŸ”₯

Yeah I know I've heard the 'stories' πŸ˜†

Wonder if there's any good clubs in Riga πŸ‘€πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Stories? πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ my amazing dance movies? Yepp this checks out 😌

Ashually yeah , pray tell πŸ‘πŸΌ it’s been done up I see, was a derelict graffiti paradise for all my most formative years

Jode it’s so beautiful inside! They still have some of the old machinery cos I suppose it’s listed, but I love it πŸ”₯ I should have more pictures but I can’t find them 🧐

I would have loved to have seen inside before they did it up though. I remember being rather curious about it whenever I’d go past.

From memory and we’re talking 35-40 years ago.. it was just one super huge hall , quite possibly the biggest indoor space I’ve ever seen, some of the roof had fallen in and was strewn all over the floor. It had some really sketchy metal gang ways up high but you couldn’t get to them as someone had cut all the lower steps out. I’m sure it was open at the south side , covered in graffiti and bottles. It was too dirty to skate on so we made the south bank our home that summer.

This is so cool! πŸ”₯ I had a feeling it was a big hall 😍 would have loved to have seen it. I hung out at south bank in the summer as a teen too! More fun than Leicester Square πŸ«‚
