Can we fork Bitbucket?
Assuming the best option initially would be not trying to host git repos themselves on nostr, but repository metadata (description, repository URL, branch hashes) and an issue tracking system to begin with.
what parts are centralized? What parts aren't? A few ways to do this. Can relay operators make sats by also hosting an instance of a git server? Do the relays advertise git repos / issues / milestones as messages that can be aggregated by special relays? Maybe there are some NIPs to be written on this subject...
