Haha yeah what I thought too.. I can do some basic stuff I guess like webhosting and pointing CNAMEs etc. More curious on some other bits n bobs but I think a comment below is pointing me in the right direction! Thanks!

some don't even like NIP5 anymore. they don't know what they want. and they call it NostAddress nowadays. but who cares
Depends a little on your technical ability. If you can host things yourself you'll be totally fine. I have an nginx server serve my NIP-05. You could also forward your subdomain to a file with the JSON in it.

We also have access to sweet domains already. And you can actually just modify them as long as you have one with https. Still someone should also to buy cph.io and then cph01.io and so forth! To build the clearnet shillopolis!
