Nope. Never gonna get a car with GPS/tracking. Besides, I only buy cars with a manual transmission. 😁

Solid point #1.

The transmission *could* be considered manual in that there is only one gear. But yes you lose the fun of shifting, but you gain the fun of instant always there torque. It's about an even trade off.

It's not so much about the fun of shifting, just the fact that engineers are either bad at transmission tuning or are hogtied by emissions BS. With a manual transmission, I can drive it as I please.

what car are you looking at?

stick shift is so hard to find these days

A Honda Element. I am looking for something a bit bigger and still very reliable. This fits the bill even if it's older. I'm older. I don't mind. 😅

Yeah... I don't need a project. Lol

Not everything is a 1960 toyota pickup from the columbian cartel 😅

Particularly if you dont want a gulag tech car the second hand sellers have great descriptions and records of the state of vehicles they are selling. In the US you are looking at no later than 2014.

That is a fair point, but I'm already in the process of setting how bad my credit is. 😅

the bread box car lol 😆

hope it checks out!

So far, yes. It needs some stuff, but, the important stuff is good.

It did and I own a toaster now. Lol
