I'm getting a well put in. I'm going to build an outdoor kitchen and work on putting up fencing. I may get started with rabbits or ducks.

I'm slim, trying to build muscle and put on weight. I'm shifting to more of a fat and protein based diet, maybe reducing carbs to 20% of my diet.

I am also rehabbing my knee (meniscus). I would love to run another half marathon, we'll see. Maybe a distance bicycle race. I know these won't help me gain weight, but as long as I'm building muscle, I don't care too much.

Ah sweet. Am wonderful goals. Totally in support for the higher protein fat diet ideally animal based.

Have you located a good primary water source on your land? Do you know about that? Have you seen a portion of a presentation I have shared in the past? Something definitely worth doing to ensure purest virgin water source if you are already investing in the digging of well.
