I'm getting a well put in. I'm going to build an outdoor kitchen and work on putting up fencing. I may get started with rabbits or ducks.
I'm slim, trying to build muscle and put on weight. I'm shifting to more of a fat and protein based diet, maybe reducing carbs to 20% of my diet.
I am also rehabbing my knee (meniscus). I would love to run another half marathon, we'll see. Maybe a distance bicycle race. I know these won't help me gain weight, but as long as I'm building muscle, I don't care too much.
