Sorry I’m not following fully.
We can’t control what others do but we can ourselves.
Just start leading by example.
I find that complaining rarely does anything.

- people have right to tell anyone new they don't like they are here .
- I have the right to tell I don't like this behavior.
- You have the right to tell me I should not complaining either.
