Update looks good. I don't think I can justify adding all the management functions to noStrudel but this is still a massive improvement over the existing signer

At some point when we get a second hardware signer ( maybe foundation prime nostr:npub15c88nc8d44gsp4658dnfu5fahswzzu8gaxm5lkuwjud068swdqfspxssvx ) then we should look into creating a nip for the serial api. or reusing NIP-46 since it supports per-app permissions
