Nasturtium

Sunflowers

Pumpkins

Basil (genovese and thai)

These are not edible. They make my mom happy so my dad plants them.

I was struck by how nice the variation of this bed was in the coolness of this morning. Only throwing a tiny bit of shade at purely ornamental plantings. I'm sure I'll be adding inedible plants in time.

Too much lawn here. Some will be pasture, lots of trees in other parts. I've got the small kids though, so I'll probably keep a little to play ball things unless they prefer the forest. Then more trees
