Why can't I just create an ecash token?

Do you have a mint configured and an ecash balance?
Yes. The software always wants to send over lightning. I want to just create a token. Always says not enough funds.
On the keypad view hit the Self-custody button to toggle into Ecash mode, then hit Send.
Or on the balances view, swipe or tap the Ecash row and hit Send Ecash.
Yeah, I do that. I have tried small sums too.
Try removing and re-adding the mint
