I would agree with this.
Selling is fine IF you understand why, not just because the market is in a panic.
I worry more about folks dumping their brokerage/retirement portfolio just because Jim Cramer said so.

The way I see it, people can't do whatever they want with their money, I don't feel any sort of ways. The blockchain has normalized pocket watching.
Understandable.
I guess I’ve talked to many people which have most of their retirement in a “traditional” portfolio and at the sound of any negative news from cnbc they will sell (or vice versa).
They think that is investing.
I can only imagine how many people are out there getting destroyed acting on these market tips.
That’s why I feel bad, but like you, I remember they should know better.
