In my experience, the women who do this are invariably addicted to abuse in the same way that you or I might get addicted to alcohol, drugs or any other vice.
Huge numbers of women these days make poor choices whom they date but that's not your problem or mine.
If you find a woman like this you just have to cut bait. That's rhetorical of course, I know you don't date anymore.
i was actually talking about my mother in this case.
for years she denied my accusations that her husband ( my father ) is a sadist ... she doesn't really deny it anymore but doesn't think it changes anything either.
one time she said that the reason she always denied that he is a sadist is because it was so obvious that he is a sadist that there was no need to talk about it.
i explain to her that he has never lived for anything except to hurt people and animals - primarily his own children - and she's like " but he pays for my vacations ! "
you can't help women and they don't want your help. in fact they despise you for trying.
