Thanks! However I don't see what the difference is in a carni diet. Just few days ago I lowered cheese and namely milk intake due to sugars, pasteurization doesn't deal with that๐Ÿค”

In a carnivore diet we only eat animal protein, eggs, and some include dairy. We donโ€™t eat any plant based foods - if a person is more animal-based they eat some fruit and raw honey. Itโ€™s helped tremendously with a lot of my health issues ๐Ÿ˜Œ
