This is my new decadent treat. I melt two bars of the dark chocolate in a pyrex in a pot of hot water. I then pour half into 8 silicone baking cups. I scoop about 1 tsp of the elderberry spread. Then I pour the rest of the chocolate over the top. It is like a peanutbutter cup, but it is elderberry and the chocolate is super dark. Mmmm.
This sounds delightful!! I’ll definitely need to try this and also find elderberry spread.
