With advancing food technology, we’ll be able to fully replace traditional meat with plant-based alternatives that match and potentially exceed real meat in both taste and nutritional value.

I love eating meat but I'm not a bonehead when it comes to technology. Technology evolves too fast.

Which will I eat? I'll eat both but I suspect eventually plant based meat will overtake meat so I'd switch to fully plant based.
