Want to run a private relay for friends, is nostream or strfry the easiest relays to set up? I want to have full control over it, hence why I’m not using relaying.io

Tried the one click railway setup for nostream and seems like current master builds but then gets errors.

Probably gonna just do a manual setup of nostream or strfry… unless someone has a better suggestion?

This effort will purple pill 10-15 friends who are opening up to Nostr but still highly skeptical of bitcoin
