One of the things I really enjoy about interacting with people is that you can start off on the wrong foot with someone by having a negative interaction and then later on develop that relationship into something positive and respectful. I've had so many interactions where someone rubbed me the wrong way or vice-versa, but we later address the issue and have what, oddly, feels like a stronger trust and better mutual understanding since we've already overcome a conflict together.
