As much as I try to resist— the person who marked up this book is grabbing my attention— so I digitally circled their note. nostr:note10sxu7jtdlqug8pnqx5xg43yws20q5flruzyw84udx8tg8jfvp3rqmqev6t

It's kind of interesting. An anonymous commentary.

Yes— it feels personal now because of the frequency of the notes— which I noticed start to fade in the middle. This book reminds me of narratives I read during my lates 20’s & early 30’s— a time when I myself used to mark up my books more frequently (I still do occasionally) with notes (before my first Kindle/e-reader).

And this article I read years ago: https://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/02/opinion/sunday/scribbling-in-the-margins.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare

What do you think of it so far?

It’s Beautiful ✨✨
