Stayed busy today; worked on the house.

Stayed away from snacks most of the day.

Broke my diet with a heavy take out meal.

Then had a popcorn snack while watching TV.

Bad habits are hard to break.

I definitely do best away from the TV.

Stay busy. Don't eat in front of the TV, don't eat mindlessly, always be mindful. Eat at a table without any distractions. I'll do better on Day 4. Small improvements count.
