I hope so, I had a lightning channel close on me 3 weeks ago and they had it set to small sat/vB close like 13 sat/vB I can try and accelerate it but not worth it so its just sitting there...
Had one pending for a couple of months, foolishly of set the fee very low before all this crap started happening.
