What a ridiculous decision. Unbelievable. Instead of going after big companies (who are the most responsible for climate change) they are going against farmers? Are they insane?
A better way to reduce emissions would be to reduce the size of the government, starting with the idiots that thought that slaughtering 200,000 cows was would save the environment!
Why not making farts illegal?
IMHO, it is just a tactic how to push anti-methane fodder additives. Once mandated selling those will be very lucrative and #bigPharma is already pumping money into it.
