A good doctor...

Every cell in your body makes cholesterol if you don't eat enough.

This happens in All mammals.

Therefore, don't worry about your cholesterol level, worry about your A1c and Fasting Insulin (metabolic fitness).

What’s A1c? I just got diagnosed with bad cholesterol, and of course prescribed perma-meds.
