It's a referendum. The people will decide how they want their city to look and feel 😌
The people will enforce their subjective preferences about driving coffins on wheels (small and fragile drivable pods) on to others who prefer the increase in safety and functionality of bigger vehicles, that already come at higher costs to their owners.
Just another step on the path to 100% ev smart cities.

Wow, people still get to vote on things like this in some countries? We just get told it's for the environment, everyone wants it and it gets put into practice. Even when people start revolting, they must be climate destroyers who like to destroy government property too.
I'm sure it will pass. They also voted to ban rented electric scooters.
Visitors can park and take the public transport. In Europe people hate cars in the cities, the bigger the car the bigger the hate. I drive but I'm aware they ruin how this city looks and feels.
But yeah referendum is the way for cities to implement such changes.
