Every company I have founded or invested in has been a B2B company. There is a reason for this. Dealing with the general public is hard. 95% of customer interaction is fine, but that remaining 5% consumes 10 times the resources required to handle the first 95%.

So it is with social media, even NOSTR 😂

Companies are people also. I also sold on B2B. You also have 20% of customer that bring you 80% or problems when working with companies

Yes, B2B's have their problems too, but we practise firing customers as a strategy, which is very effective 😂

Businesses need to have a low barrier to fire customers. Not all revenue is worth it.

It is now established practise and taught in MBA courses.
