Fatty cuts are definitely important. But somewhat less so at first if you have weight to lose. You will generally crave fat if you’re not getting enough.

My zero carb life, Kelly Hogan has some interesting posts on some of the crazy high fat meals she’s been crafting, if you need ideas on how to incorporate more fat. Eggs & bacon are a pretty solid way to go tho.

I oil pull with a big spoonful of high quality coconut oil once in a while & will swallow that as an easy way to add some fat here & there. That’s not exactly carnivore, but it’s high quality saturated fat. Could just do the same with beef tallow I guess too 🤔

Raw yolk, ghee

I think tallow would probably be unpleasantly sticky to pull with

Thanks for the insight folks! I also just bought some ghee yesterday to sauté at higher temp, worked great. Might pop back in with more questions down the road 🫡
