We do have. LNBits for example can be great infra for sovereign payments and has Nostr marketplace plugin and the frontend app reads from relays and can load configuration with curated merchants.

I would recommend signing in with an extension like Alby. We try to minimize the risk of entering your nsec through the browser by making you enter a passphrase to encrypt it locally, but it’s still not recommended due to the nature of web technologies.
