No no. It's not fats OR carbs. That's fine. I get that.

It's about fat AND carbs. That's a whole different matter.

I have been on the carnivore diet (more or less) since Jan. I can feel a big difference when I cheat. And I think there's science to it.

My view is that is Dangerous to combine lots of fat with carbs. But protein and fats alone should be fine, yes.

Yes sure! Agreed. But again there is a big difference in what kind of carbs. Processed and refined carbs are definitely not a good combination
