It's gotta be old money. The most common response I hear from boomers while orange pilling is something in the ballpark of 'thats for your generation, it won't affect me.'
This is a little cope-ish, but if I had a ton of gold right now I'd be doing everything I can to pump it on retail before it gets swallowed by Bitcoin.

Agreed man. I honestly have adjusted my timeline another decade. Keep getting these boomers seed oils and corn syrup. Speed up the process.
Sooner or later the tech will catch up with them. There won't be a way to avoid the upgrades and they'll just coast into retirement.
Though many will be left holding the bag on bonds, real estate, stocks, and precious metals. Probably in that order.
Agreed on all counts. They’ve been getting destroyed for 5 years but had a 50 year run of buying stuff for peanuts and it going up exponentially. Now they are looking for the exit. No one is buying their overpriced garbage anyways except themselves.
