How long should I go? I wanted to do a bike ride and then sauna cold plunge tonight but prolly not smart to do all three, right? What do you think?
Oh⌠keep exercising very light when fasting. You want to do a little of it, so that your body understands you want the muscle and not the fat. Otherwise it will burn both for food almost equally. Which is not really good.
But I wouldnât stress my body with all these things, it wonât find food and wonât be able to keep up with the energy demand, you might faint or something.
Be careful. Keep it easy.
