He wasn’t using cold storage. At least, I think he wasn’t.

He said only some was on the hacked wallet, rest in cold storage, thankfully.

Well at least there’s that.

Apparently now he said cold wallet gone too. I would just be careful, we really don't know what happened or what's true here

Correct, this was a hot wallet and he says it's s small portion of his funds (😱)

They got to his cold storage as well. Looks like they too 200 BTC. ~$3.2M

Was he securing both hot and cold with the same pgp? Wouldn’t that effectively make everything a hot wallet?

where did you see this? I haven't seen anything saying they got to his cold storage. He implied he had that much in his hot wallet from what I saw.
