Replying to Avatar Deus

Ok, normie question and apologies for going off-topic. Asking since it's a good opportunity.

So how do we know this is 'the' Jackie in the pic in Nostr? In the Fediverse there's some kinda permalink that one uses on their profile to know you're reply to the 'real deal'.

TL;DR: If someone says, "I'm Obama" on Nostr, is there a provision (way) in #Nostr to know I'm talking to the 'real' Obama?

There’s no way to know unless they have a nostr address that makes them seem legit like Obama@whitehouse.gov

Or if they share their npub on verified Twitter
