So how do we know this is 'the' Jackie in the pic in Nostr? In the Fediverse there's some kinda permalink that one uses on their profile to know you're reply to the 'real deal'.

TL;DR: If someone says, "I'm Obama" on Nostr, is there a provision (way) in #Nostr to know I'm talking to the 'real' Obama?
