Do some research on vitamin K2 (mk7) and vitamin D3. They help make sure calcium stays out of your tissues and into your bones and teeth. I've also just found out that magnesium also plays a part and it's an essential electrolyte as well.

Also, stay away from sodas. They are horrible for your teeth. If you must drink them, drink with a straw to keep the acid and sugar off of your teeth.
I think all processed sugars and carbs are basically poison atm. So totally agree, stay away from sugar water.
