While I'm aware of the basic idea, that we sometimes need to be able to pair a fee-paying transaction to get these important transactions on-chain, and that there is some relay support for this pairing, I still find this article a little unclear
If Knots doesn't support them, does Core? If yes, since which version of Core?
What exactly is the difference, in terms of these Lightning transactions, between Knots29 and Core29?
Has Knots29 disabled this pairing mechanism, and that mechanism is in Core?
I said "pairing" there, but I just remembered that I meant "package relay"
