Today’s lunch. Beef Stew:
1 kg fresh beef meat
2 pcs carrots cut into equal slices
3 pcs medium size potato cut into equal pieces
2 pcs big onions 1 thin slices for frying and 1 while boiling cut into 6 slices
2 tablespoon fresh garlic-ginger paste
1 tablespoon corn flour/starch to thicken the sauce and mix with 1/2 a cup of water
50 grams butter
135 grams of tomato paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 beef broth cube
Preparation:
1) Pressure cooker the meat with water level for 15 to 20 minutes with fish sauce and apple cider vinegar
2) while waiting fry the potato with butter until golden, then
3) add the carrots
4) add the thin cut slices of onion2 minutes
5) add 1 piece onion cut into 6 slices
6) add the meat
7) add the tomato sauce
8) Boil for 15 minutes
