Been eating mostly chicken and some veges and coffee for 3 weeks - felt great, lost a lot of weight, felt less anxiety and depression. Went of it for two days an instantly felt depression return, pain in my joints. Started back on the diet again today and starting to feel better. Its funny cos Id tried this diet about 6 years ago and didnt feel the benefits as I do now. Not sure what changed.

If you love coffee (me too), give mate' tea a chance sometime. All the caffeine without the heaviness that comes from too many cups of coffee.
