Oh yes, I’m all about the foam rollers. I also use a rolling pin or a lacrosse ball if I need something more direct.

Looks like you do chiropractic or something comparable along with other related offerings.

Some people consider chiropractic to be "woo woo" but I've experienced it my whole life and it has been beneficial.

I've tried other things that are even more "woo woo" and they work too. There are false versions of these practices too which is the first major challenge of finding signal amongst the noise.

Ohh, new word-play I love that!

I do not do chiropractic. I have worked with them in the past, but I no longer believe in that type of “high-velocity” impact work on the body.

I utilize the nervous system as a way of getting into the muscular and skeletal system. It takes more time, but when you can hack the mechanisms that are creating the fear, protection, or anxiety being held in the myofascia, you can allow the body to find its own way to balance.

My work is both gentle, and very deep at the same time. It is a beautiful process. I will share more session videos soon!
