No. Nostr is basically a notepad file that is exposed to the internet. Anyone can write to it.

No personal info ...unless you use a wallet for zaps like primal or alby

Do those apps can be tracked? How about amethyst and yana?

No trackers in Amethyst app

The only trackers you will see is from users dharing links with UTM codes

Amethyst can connect to your own node or wallet like alby. Some apps ask for your phone or email like primal wallet

Yes you can use your own node with it

Yes because clients do all the work, not the server. Clientd like your phone pull data constantly from the relays you connect to.

This will change with ditto. New tech coming out soon

To give you some reassurance, the data stored in the relays is all unreadble and encrypted. The only current concern of nostr is that you can see who a user direct messages but not the message itself
