I’m more so just making the point that you can’t speak something true without speaking it truthfully (of your own accord with a pure heart/motive)

In a sense that's what people do when they believe something is true, even if it isn't, which is ideology.

You can only get to the point to where you’re speaking truth truthfully only after you’ve consistently course corrected after years of speaking unintentional falsehood truthfully.
