Say hello to my little friends. I picked these scrub oak acorns from the Colorado mountains last year and they are growing well in the tent.

Does anyone have a good solution for little tiny fruit flys? I need to solve it before I get more mushrooms growing in the tent next door.

Hydrogen peroxide poured in the soil will kill fungus gnat larvae, I did this with my potted house plants and had no problems.

Should I really drench it? Just standard grocery store strength stuff?

I honestly can not remember, I think that I just made sure I poured it across the entire surface. Whichever brand was cheapest is what I used 😂

Going to check this video out and report back.

I actually follow this video pretty closely already. Partially because a lot of what I grow is cacti. Also because I have a lot of verm and coco coir on hand for mushroom growing.

Not sure if these plants are 100% soil free but definitely on that spectrum.

Wachuma?

Tiny fruit flies you can get rid of with diatomaceous earth powder. Natural option.

BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO INHALE ANY.

All caps mainly cause nobody told me that and it's important.

I was today years old

Quercus gambelii? They look so good! I love western oaks

Yes they are those type! They didn’t like the original grow light I had but they like this one a lot.

Your San Pedros look great too. I’m propagating about a dozen cuttings currently…outside…which I know is unfair. One of a handful of perks of living in the desert I guess

You could try adding in some repelling herbs like Basil or Wormwood 🪱

Dem san pedroz tho 🤤
