Kids today have no idea. Imagine having one phone line for THE WHOLE HOUSE. Only one person can use the Internet at a time, and it took whole minutes to download a JPEG.
Phone rings. You wanna know who’s calling? TOO BAD. Pick up the phone and hope it’s not a telemarketer (it is).
And that noise when your parents got the phone bill and found out you were hours online every night. You sneaky.
