That is why it is important to watch no news and read newspapers and also on the other hand alternative media that brings doom scenarios for example.
David Icke talks about this a lot. His term for the energy harvested by dark forces is “loosh”.
It’s the low-vibrational energy, unhappiness and things like that. It’s about restricting your perception to the five senses only, to the “little me”.
High-vibrational energy, happiness and joy can’t be harvested. It’s the connection to the consciousness that connects us.
That’s why the world tries to keep us down, not connected to ourselves and others. To feed them.
