Embargoes aren't on the table. Tariffs will simply make US inflation more apparent (and I'm not talking about pricing of goods). Taxes are a centralizing force on capital. Effectively increasing the "money" supply interior to the US. The only saving grace (for the US) is actually the retributive tariffs on exported goods (as long as there's equivalent exports as well). Soldiers are long off.
