ledger gets hacked on the regular
get a cold card or a seedsigner, or even better: get both and do a 2/3 multisig with your ledger
A bit late to the party. But I’m thinking about buying a different/new hardware wallet. Currently using #ledger. And since they kinda messed up a few times now… I’m thinking to switch it up.

were talking about #seedsigner. I’ve heard about that one before also. Pretty cool that its DIY. But what are the other options out there?
#BTC only will do fine.

Are those easy to use/safe? Probably very safe lol. But are they also easy to use?
Bitbox kinda sparked my interest tbh. Although seedsigner did too…
For ease of use you should probably invest in a service like casa, unchained capital, etc. I don't know about bitbox but the seedsigner UI is 💯.
You need to learn what each option means and how it works in concept. There is no substitute for education. You cannot safely custody your own bitcoin without first understanding it.
Cold card is rough on the UX, not gonna lie. :)
