Trying to live a more positive existence and be more present in every day life with family friends. I’ve been getting in screaming matches, fist fights, and angry rants for too long. Even cut down on podcast listening to be more involved with family than I have been since discovering #Bitcoin .The old psychotic Piez may slowly become a thing of the past.

Doing mindfulness and meditation practices the last year has put me on the same path you describe above. Still not great all the time but getting better. What are you working/doing to have a more positive existence?
The same, I’ve stay d as consistent as I can with meditation and plant medicine and being mindful of my emotions and how I react to things
Any tricks you use to be mindful of your emotions? I've been using an emotions wheel for a while which helps me communicate better than the happy, mad, sad I was limited to for the last few decades. What do you mean by plant medicine? I enjoy making my "yard tea" from the various plants and weeds around the property. Really helps with allergies mostly but seems to have other benefits.

A lot of us men carry a burning fire within us due to past and unresolved trauma. That fire has helped push you to crush workouts and be a hard worker but as you get older it will also put strain on relationships you value. Proud to see you try get a handle on things, please take care of yourself and be kind to yourself. It doesn’t make you soft, it makes you smart!
