I make an amazing zucchini fritter. I prep the zuch a day in advance in the fridge to get the moisture out and it’s a fucking mess to make but oh man is it good. You all need to come over for dinner!

I'm pretty handy in the kitchen, thankfully 😂👍 I just place zucchini in my D-tier for veggies. I find they give me bad gas 💨
