From hashtags you follow? Or do you mean hide all posts with a given hashtag?

Hide all posts from a given hashtag including if a person I follow uses it.

Why would I follow it if I want it blocked?

I guess the block should probably override the follow so people aren't confused when they block it and it still shows up because they followed it previously.
